• Session inquiries are answered as soon as possible, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

• You may contact me quickly at 501-517-0962. I typically answer or call back quickly M-F during normal business hours.

• If you have purchased a book and need to replace or return it, you may contact me via email at mposey@mariposastudiophoto.com. To expedite processing, include a photo of any problems with the book. Returns/replacements are processed directly through my printing company and typically take 1-2 weeks.

• For custom created photographic artwork, we are unable to accept returns since these are items that are custom created for you, of your own pets and/or family, and as such are not able to be sold to another customer. If there is a problem with your product, however, we are committed to replacing it, even years after the item was sold to you. Please use any of the contact options to reach out and, if possible, include a photo of the problem so we can share it with our vendors.

• In cases of loss to fire or natural disaster, we will make every effort to replace your precious heirlooms!
